Delivery areas

Enter your pincode on the shop page or in your cart to check whether we deliver to your area. We currently ship within India.

Timelines and charges

Orders are packed and handed to our delivery partner within a few business days of confirmation. Delivery charges, and any free-delivery threshold, are shown in your cart before you pay. Once your order is on its way, you will receive the tracking details.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If a pack arrives damaged, or an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the item.

Returns

Because MakhPopz is a packaged food product, we cannot accept returns of opened packs. Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original condition.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order until it has been dispatched. After dispatch, please refuse delivery or contact us so we can arrange a return.
